Liberty Pledge Bill Conrad for US Senate Nevada

faith, Family & Country

A warrior leader, Bill Conrad served on city council for 6 years. He is a retired U.S. Army Lieutenant Colonel, Combat Veteran (4 tours in Afghanistan), Special Forces Team Leader (Green Beret), and a graduate of the United States Military Academy, West Point.

“Protecting our county against terrorists on foreign battlefields was my mission after September 11, 2001. With your support, I will go to the Senate to fight for your Freedom and Liberty. This election and the next is where we hold the line and turn them back. This is where we fight. This is where we win.” Bill Conrad

Clean House in DC – When elected to the U.S. Senate to represent Nevada, my first vote will be for conservative leadership. I will do everything I can to elect conservative leaders fighting for liberty and freedom. For too long, an elite in a far-distant capital has controlled us through censorship, mandates, orders, and administrative directives. It is time for this to stop and never happen again!

“Cleaning House in DC” refers to removing career bureaucrats who are part of a corrupt establishment and restoring accountability in government.

“Unless our government’s power is  limited, we cannot be free.” Bill Conrad

National Security – It is the first responsibility of our federal government. We must have secure borders and maintain a robust national defense and at the same time, be cautious of the military-industrial complex.

America’s Debt – America’s national debt is over 31 trillion dollars. We need to pass a historic tax cut, eliminate unnecessary regulations, and reduce the size of the federal government to get the economy going again and pay off this debt.

Right to Life – I have always been and will be pro-life. I will support nominees to the United States Supreme Court and the lower federal court who will uphold the constitutional right to Life of every human, born and unborn.

COVID – No opportunity should be denied, including education, career, military service, or medical treatment, over unwillingness to take an injection.

The Constitution and Bill of Rights – These are the most critical documents in American History, and they are under attack, especially the 1st and 2nd Amendments.

Government Closer to the People –  Decentralizing power and decision-making in government so that it is more accessible and responsive to the needs and concerns of our citizens. This will be achieved by devolving power from central government to regional or local governments and empowering citizens to participate directly in the governance process through initiatives like town hall meetings, referendums, or citizen committees. The goal of bringing government closer to the people is to increase accountability, transparency, and public trust in government, as well as to make government more efficient and effective in addressing the specific needs of individual communities.

Constituent Services – A focus on constituent services will include a wide range of services, such as helping constituents navigate government agencies and programs, assisting with problems related to federal programs, and responding to constituent inquiries and requests for assistance. These services are crucial to an elected official’s job. Constituent services will improve public trust by increasing accountability and ensuring that I am responsive to the needs and concerns of our citizens. I will focus on recruiting teams of volunteers to lead up citizen committees and groups in support of our Nevadans. Our staff’s first job will be to support you!

Education Breaks the Cycle of Poverty – By providing individuals with the knowledge, skills, and resources they need to succeed, education will help to increase their economic mobility and provide a pathway to better opportunities and a higher standard of living. Research has shown that access to education has a positive impact on poverty reduction and economic growth and will lead to improved health, reduced inequality, and increased political stability. I will focus on supporting all types of education and making education accessible and affordable to all. I will fight to provide parents with more options for their children’s education and to allow them to choose a school that they believe will best meet their needs, regardless of their financial resources
